Main conclusions of the national study

In Bulgaria the labour market is still dominated by workers and employees hired under the traditional labour contract. Gradually, a group of self-employed individuals has emerged, which comprises the representatives of new forms of work. The new modes of work will continue to gain ground in Bulgarian practice but at a modest pace.
